1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the satu77 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. satu77 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification checks will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of satu77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not acting under the influence of substances or otherwise impaired when placing bets or gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on satu77. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. satu77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify satu77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Currency: All Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No conversion to other currencies is offered at this time.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

satu77 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals or granting full account privileges. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process serves to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage access to gambling services.

You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your ID document adjacent to your face, in good lighting.
• Source of Funds: In some circumstances, satu77 may request evidence of your source of funds (e.g., salary slips, tax records) to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Documents must be submitted in a legible format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). satu77 aims to complete verification within 1–24 hours on business days. Accounts that fail to pass KYC within the timeframe communicated by satu77 may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: satu77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri are typically credited instantly. Other banks may take 15 minutes to 1 hour. satu77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer charges.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with a daily maximum of Rp 200.000.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits wherever operationally feasible.
• Processing times during business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) are typically 15 minutes to 1 hour for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon may take 1–4 hours. Off-peak submissions are processed on the following business day.
• satu77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 20.000.000, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed for more than 72 hours due to pending verification must be re-submitted after contacting support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

satu77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Users who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Bonuses may not be available to Use rs who have previously violated these Terms or who are self-excluded.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). A Rp 1.000.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rp 10.000.000 in total qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute 10–20%. The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing wagering requirements on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is capped at 5x the bonus amount.
• Abuse Prevention: satu77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the satu77 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by satu77. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or system anomalies.
• Odds and Pricing Errors: In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, satu77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds. Users will be notified of voids and stakes refunded to their Account.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the odds prevailing at the moment of bet confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was initiated. Connection delays are the User's responsibility.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and game type. Current limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip or game interface.
• Game Outcomes: For casino and specialty games (including togel, slots, and live dealer), outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealing procedures. satu77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: If a User is disconnected mid-game or mid-bet, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last valid instruction received. satu77 is not liable for losses resulting from User-side connectivity failures.
• Voided Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or cannot be completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the satu77 Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing satu77 staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the satu77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall visual design — is the exclusive property of satu77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from satu77.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its software.
• Use the satu77 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or digital environment.

Any unauthorised use of satu77's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the offending party to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satu77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your reliance on or use of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Interruptions, errors, defects, delays, or omissions in the provision of Services caused by factors beyond satu77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, and actions by government authorities.
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or outdated information displayed on the Platform that you rely upon when placing bets or making gaming decisions.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, satu77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

satu77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal information collected during registration and KYC is used solely to operate your Account, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
• Transaction and gameplay data is retained for a minimum of five years to satisfy anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
• satu77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at-rest encryption for stored data.

12. Suspension & Termination

satu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to satu77.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.

Upon termination for cause, satu77 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following a reasonable investigation period, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered bank account.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting satu77 support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible real-money balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to the User's registered bank account within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to online gaming operators.

satu77 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. satu77 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through satu77's customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14. Amendments

satu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, satu77 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification on the Platform's homepage or via in-account messaging for a period of at least 7 days following the change.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users by email of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
